Fabulous is the first word that comes to mind when I tell others about my insurance agent. I’ve been with Victory-West for over 10 years and have no intention of ever leaving. John is the head honcho there but office manager Mari is basically his right arm. Any problem, question or (oops!) claim that I have is always handled promptly. Even if John is out of the office, he responds to e-mails or voicemails quickly. If he can’t, then Mari will. I started out with Victory-West as a single person with only one vehicle. I was fresh out of the nest and on my own, and there were many agents who wouldn’t even bother to call me back. The ones who did pretty much had no interest in selling me decent insurance coverage, I assume because they wouldn’t make much commission off of me. But John was great and has always made me feel like his Number One client. Since then, I’ve gotten married and we’ve bought a couple more cars and a house. All of these things have been placed with Victory-West simply because of the fabulous relationship that was fostered long ago. This is a wonderful agency and they take great care of me. I’ve even referred two family members as well. I wouldn’t have done that if I didn’t have so much trust and respect for Victory-West.
